We showcased a frame for textile-covered surfaces developed in collaboration with Ventum S, which offers a wide range of possible applications – for example, in combination with Ventum S's podium system on theatre stages, at events or during film shoots.
The frame is made of aluminium and has welded round bars to which tensioning rubbers can be attached at the rear. These in turn are fixed to the textile by eyelets. This allows the textile to be retensioned if, for example, it warps or distorts due to external moisture influences.
The textile itself was also special: it was painted with a historical primer, pigments and animal glue, making the entire painting washable – a property that can be particularly advantageous in experimental or temporary scenarios.
During the event, we talked to numerous theatre and film professionals, gathered exciting ideas and see great potential for the future in the joint framework project. We therefore want to continue developing this system.
We would like to thank Ventum S for the invitation and the opportunity to be part of their stand. An equally big thank you goes to all the visitors with whom we were able to exchange ideas.
