The Student Council of the HfBK Dresden is an elected student representative body comprising a maximum of 15 students from all departments and faculties. Our members are elected once a year by the students of the HfBK Dresden. The StuRa is a self-governing body with its own statute and is a sub-body of the HfBK Dresden.
A university is made of and for students. For your opinions, interests and needs to be implemented, an active student body is one of the most important components of university life. All students can participate in the public meetings of the StuRa, suggest their topics, and participate in the presentations of the StuRa, even without being an elected member.
In addition to your concerns, we work on our own topics related to university policy, education and equality, which are brought to us by the committees.

Once a year, the student body selects student representatives for academy committees in addition to selecting the Student Council of the HfBK Dresden. The current representatives are:

It doesn‘t matter, what field of our academy you study in! If you are not sure whether you want to join or just have a look at what we do! Your German doesnt have to be perfect!
