The password for all three logins is the same.
In the computer suite, you have the option of changing your password (after logging in, press the key combination: “CTRL+ALT+DEL” and “Change password”).
If you change the password, remember that the newly selected password will apply to the other logins as well.
Passwords can be reset only in person with presentation of a student ID (Güntzstraße, room 231)
Students can easily login to the email account via a web interface, which is accessed via the browser and is therefore accessible irrespective of the location of the computer. Please enter the following address for the web interface:

Please note that all information concerning your studies (e.g., feedback, exam registrations, etc.) will be sent on the above-mentioned email address.
The account will expire when you finish your studies at the academy.
You will be responsible for data backup (emails, files in your home drive, etc.)
EDUROAM gives you access to the Internet at all three locations of the academy. Prerequisite for use is a WPA2-capable end device that supports authentication via 802.1x (RADIUS, WPA Enterprise).

Some end devices require additional manual configuration.

- Intermediate certification authorities (required for the root certification authority): GEANT_OV_RSA_Certificate_Authority_4 (Click to download/install)
Note: If up-to-date root certificates are not installed on the end device, the trust relationship must be confirmed when the connection is established for the first time.
