Dear students of Faculty I,
starting next week, filming will take place in some studios and workshops at the HfBK. The 4 short films will cover studying and teaching, everyday life in the studio, exhibiting, and working in the workshops.
For this project, extras are still needed in some places to visit our anatomical collection, carry a bulky object past the gatehouse, or view the diploma exhibition in the Octagon.
The total shooting time is approximately 2 weeks and will be divided into two shooting blocks:
Shooting block 1) 26.10. - 30.10.
Shooting block 2) 02.11. - 05.11.
Specifically needed:
- 5 students for the walk-through in the Octagon (on 26.10.!)
- 2 Students carrying an object past the gatehouse. Maybe you have a suitable object e.g. a rolled up carpet or something sculptural (preferably no canvas!). In any case, it should be something that can easily be carried by two people and is not too heavy for you. Please send a photo with material and possible dimensions.
- 4 Students visiting the anatomical collection with Kristof Grunert.
The shoot with you will probably take 2 hours. Nevertheless, you should bring a little more time buffer! The shoot in the octagon may take a little longer.
It is important for us that the participants are relatively flexible. This does not mean that you have to cancel all your appointments now and be ready 24/7. But you should preferably be in Dresden at the given time and keep our shooting blocks in mind.
If a couple of friends want to get together for the shoot, that is of course also possible.
