The EU4Art Student Board from Dresden is very pleased to announce the opening of the SOLO CINEMA in the foyer of the Brühlsche Terrasse. For a period of almost three months, the Eu4Art Box will be transformed into a corona-friendly `Cinema for one`, showing three international film programs composed of numerous submissions from students of the partner academies. The curated program will be shown until 29.07.2021 in the EU4ART Box and on the Instagram channel eu4art.students can be seen. Each video work will be presented in a separate post in the coming months.

1st program: from 6 May to 2 June
The first selection of short films and video works takes you into atmospheric (in)realities, childhood stories, nocturnal happenings and poetic adventures of an office shirt. With works by Lotte Dohmen, Éliás Tamás, Mona Freudenreich, Maija Madara Suipe and Pietro Paolo Boccio.
2. Programm: vom 3. Juni bis 30. Juni
Spannung ohne Ende trifft in diesem Programm auf architektonische Wiederholungen und reiht sich neben kurze Entspannung, Stoff und anregende Bilder einer Verwandlung. Mit Arbeiten von Francesca Paganelli, Patrīcija Māra Vilsone, Marta Viktorija Agruma, Júlia Csapó, Maija Madara Suipe und Mattia Trabalza
3rd program: from 1 July to 29 July
At times uncomfortable and a bit quirky in a positive sense, the third and final program manages to combine quirky fun with squeaky images and graceful dance. With works by Maija Madara Suipe, Éliás Tamás, Patrīcija Māra Vilsone and Lea Hoffarth & Friedrich Körner.
