Studienbewerberinnen und Studienbewerber, die bereits an einer anderen Kunsthochschule oder einer Universität in der Europäischen Union (EU) sowie in einem Staat, der die Erklärung von Bologna vom 19.06.1999 unterzeichnet hat oder an Institutionen, die im jeweiligen Herkunftsland in maßgeblicher Weise als Hochschulen gemäß den Beschlüssen der Ständigen Konferenz der Kultusminister der Länder in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und die Bewertungsvorschläge der Zentralstelle für ausländisches Bildungswesen im Sekretariat der Kultusministerkonferenz anerkannt (akkreditiert, attestiert u.a.) und ausgehend davon in Deutschland als Hochschulen anzusehen sind (Kennzeichnung H+), in einem universitären Studiengang mit fachlich gleicher Ausrichtung immatrikuliert sind und die Zulassung an der Hochschule für Bildende Künste Dresden zum Zwecke eines Hochschulwechsels beantragen, können ohne den Nachweis der bestandenen
Vorauswahl und Eignungsprüfung immatrikuliert werden, wenn
- sie mindestens zwei Fachsemester an der anderen Hochschule bereits erfolgreich absolviert haben,
- an der Hochschule für Bildende Künste Dresden im jeweiligen Fachsemester ein Studienplatz zur Verfügung steht und
- die Dekanin oder der Dekan und der die Studienbewerberin oder den Studienbewerber nach ihrer oder seiner Zulassung betreuenden Hochschullehrerin oder betreuende Hochschullehrer zugestimmt haben.

Applicants who are already enrolled at another art college or university in the European Union (EU) or in a country that has signed the Bologna Declaration of 19.06.1999 in a university degree program with the same subject area and who apply for admission to the Dresden University of Fine Arts for the purpose of changing universities may be enrolled without proof of passing the pre-selection and aptitude test if
- they have already successfully completed at least two semesters at the other university,
- a study place is available at the Dresden University of Fine Arts in the respective semester and
- the dean and the university lecturer supervising the applicant after admission have given their consent.
