Computer-Aided Design - 3D Lab

Profile

The focus of computer-aided design is on drafting processes in digital, three-dimensional space. Techniques for the creation of digital 3D objects through modelling and scanning, possibilities for their visualization in images, animations, and VR scenarios as well as production using 3D printing and other techniques are taught. Working with digital 3D objects opens up a wide range of applications for artistic processes and combines various two- and three-dimensional techniques.

Artistic projects in this field can be realized and professionally supported in the 3D lab. It has computer workstations, 3D printers and VR headsets (Quest 2).
